Some of you might think I am going to talk about water skiing or swimming, but those of us who spend waaay too much time talking about scrapbooking know that I am referring to this new punch from Fiskars, a border punch that turns any paper you are using into a cute scallop paper. I dare say I love my threading water punch, however, until now I have only been able to use it on one or two sides of the paper. I know....quite a problem =).
I recently ran into this post on a message board, this genius woman figured out a system for using your threading water punch on ALL FOUR SIDES of your paper!! Think of the possibilities.
To me, very exciting.
I will warn you, it can be kind of confusing at first. I had to read thru them a few times and still had trouble the first time. Here is what I came up with on my first go around
I can't wait to try this on more projects!
I also have quite a few birthdays coming up, so I challenged myself to make 4 birthday cards using only scraps I have on hand (I have envelopes FULL of scrap paper I never use. Kind of a waster. It was an adventure, but I am really happy with how they turned out. TFL!
