Summer Projects

Hey there, long time, no see. Summer is busy (and hot!) around here. In my continued mission to use up some of my stash, I challenged myself to complete a birthday gift and several cards I needed. I am so proud of myself- I may have to celebrate by shopping! =):

{FATHERS DAY}
For my Dad. He thought it was very funny. The inside says 'pretending you love soap on a rope'.

(supplies: American Crafts paper, rickrack, printed sentiment on white cardstock)

Seriously used up lots of bits and pieces on these cards. And, I want to use a smallish piece of cardstock for both bases, so one is horizontal, one is vertical. Might have looked better to have both horizontal, but really, who will notice? I try to keep that attitude when making cards for people. In the long run it is much more important that you took the time to make someone a card than it does that it is super perfect.

{WEDDING SET}
Put this matching card and gift tag set together from the Lovebirds set from SEI. SOOOOO cute!

Seriously used up a bunch of little bits and pieces and a really cute set of printed twill tape. I seen a lot of stamping on fabric projects lately, makes me want to try it some more...
